Prices
All prices are quoted in US currency. Prices are subject to change
without notice.
Florida residents are subject to state sales tax of 7%.
Payment
Wheels Direct accepts cash, certified check, money order, Visa,
Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All orders must be paid
in full before goods will be shipped. Special order items must be
paid in full before the item will be ordered. Special order items
are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping
All goods will be shipped by UPS or FedEx unless prohibited by size
or weight. In the case of oversized or extremely heavy freight,
a commercial freight carrier will be used. COD is not accepted at
this time.
Wheels
Direct delivers all of its goods to the respective carrier properly
boxed to prevent damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole
responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured for full value.
If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition
of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the
carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening
the package, notify Wheels Direct and the respective carrier immediately.
Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary,
we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.
Please
inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car.
This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting, or
modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make
a damage claim, you must contact Wheels Direct before installing the
product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered
used and is not returnable under any circumstance.
Warranty
Wheels Direct guarantees that its products are of the highest quality.
The majority of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty, which
is passed onto the customer. Please ask for your sales associate for
more info on your specific product.
Wheels
Direct disclaims all liability caused by use of our products. It is
the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that parts
used on their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and
regulations. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with
the use of our products. We are not responsible for any liability
or losses which occur. All products carry manufacturer's warranty
only.
Return Policy
Wheels Direct will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to
return an item, please contact your salesperson. Wheels that have
been mounted or other
used items are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Jline, HRE, MODULAR,
DPE, and other Custom Made Wheels
Once the order has been placed for custom made wheels there are NO
cancellations for ANY reason.
Even if the estimated build time is exceeded they can't be cancelled
as they are made specifically for
your vehicle.
